By submitting an order, you are accepting the Terms and Conditions of the Royal Artillery Museums Ltd (Registered Charity No. 803006) web site

Ordering
To make a purchase on line, browse our catalogue and click on any items you wish to buy. The items will then appear in your ‘basket', which can be reviewed and changed up to the point of payment. You will then be asked a few details to enable us to fulfil your order.

Delivery
We will make every effort to dispatch goods to you within 5 working days, provided the goods are in stock but please allow 10 working days for your order to arrive.
Please note that if you are ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Such taxes will be payable when the goods reach their destination. The liability for payment of such customs duties rest solely with you and The Royal Artillery Museum has no control or liability for them.

Payment
You can order and pay online by Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Connect or Delta. After processing your payment by credit card, we do not retain your card details which means you will need to resubmit this information when you place a further order on this website. If you wish to pay by cheque please contact us by telephone, fax or in writing. You will find details on the contact us page.

Product Information
Every care has been taken to ensure accuracy of description, specifications, colour and price of all products. However, these may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Sizes are given as a guide only. Please be aware that handmade items are subject to variations in size, colour and shape owing to the unique nature of the product.

All items are offered subject to availability. The information displayed is considered as an invitation, not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods. Prices include tax, if applicable. Postage and packing is an additional charge.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax. If the price quoted on the website is incorrect and the true price is lower than that quoted we will charge you the lower price. If the true cost is higher than the quoted price we will either inform you of the true cost and await your confirmation of your order at the higher price or inform you that we cannot accept your order and let you know the reasons for such cancellation.

Returns Policy

If you do not receive damaged goods but are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason you are able to cancel your order provided we receive written notice of your cancellation and you return the goods in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
This does not affect your statutory right to a 7 day cooling-off period starting from the date of receiving the goods. Please securely package and return the relevant item to the address given below. We recommend the goods are returned by recorded delivery.
We will not be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless they are faulty or delivered to you in error. We will provide the refund within 30 days from the receipt of the notice of cancellation and confirmation of faulty goods.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions or the contract between us.

We reserve the right to alter amend add to or remove all or any part of this Policy Statement at any time without notice and any changes to this Policy Statement or any other terms shown on our website apply with immediate effect of being published. By continuing to use this website after any changes are displayed you indicate your acceptance of those changes.
